CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The LOVE MY JEANS contest (the "Contest").
  2. To enter, visit www.lovemyjeans.com and click on the "WIN A PAIR OF DORINHA JEANS" link. To be a potential winner for a pair of Dorinha Jeans. You must fill out your E-mail & phone number plus the question on how you heard about us. Entries will only be accepted if submitted via the Contest web site as referenced above on or before the Contest Closing Date.
  3. Once the Contest has closed on the Contest Closing Date (last day of each month), one (1) DJW potential winner shall be determined by random selection from all entries received as required under these rules and that have successfully completed the "information above".
  4. The Prize consists of: One (1) one pair of DORINHA JEANS. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $75.00us. Each month.
  5. No purchase is required to enter. Only one entry per name or E-mail will be accepted for the duration of the Contest. Odds of winning will be dependent on the number of entries received as required under these rules prior to the Contest Closing Date. No entries will be received by fax, mail, and courier, dropped off in person or any other method not specified herein.
  6. Further, by entering the Contest, each entrant accepts these Contest rules and regulations, which are subject to change without notice to Contest entrants individually and which changes shall be posted only at www.dorinhawear.com. By entering the Contest, each entrant releases the Contest Sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Contest, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, the selection of the potential winner and the administration of the Contest.
  7. The decisions of the Contest judges are final. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant(s).
  8. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
  9. The Contest and the terms and conditions contained in these rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising here under shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
  10. By entering the contest you agree to be contacted by e-mail 4 times a year about our new styles.
